Healthy Bodies, Growing Minds

Our commitment to nutrition through the CACFP program.

River Side Rascals proudly participates in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), a federal initiative that ensures children in childcare settings receive high-quality, nutritious meals. This program supports our mission to provide the best possible care for your little ones by focusing on wellness and healthy development.

Key Benefits for Families

  • Nutritious, balanced meals and snacks served daily. CACFP helps reduce overall meal costs for families, ensuring high-quality nutrition is accessible to all.
  • Eligibility for free or reduced-price meals is based on federal income guidelines to support every child’s healthy growth.
  • Reliable nutritional support for working parents
  • Meals are available to all enrolled participants at no separate charge without regard of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability.

Note: All meals and snacks follow strict USDA nutrition guidelines. We are happy to accommodate allergies and specific dietary needs when supported by medical documentation.
