Enrollment Requirements
To enroll your child at River Side Rascals, please have the following ready:
- Completed enrollment application
- Child’s birth certificate or proof of age
- Up‑to‑date immunization records
- Any allergy, medical, or special care information
- Emergency contacts (at least two adults)
- SD Childcare Assistance certification (if applicable)

How Enrollment Works
1. Submit an Inquiry
Share your child’s age, schedule needs, and any questions using the form on this page.
2. Schedule a Visit
We’ll contact you to set up a tour so you can see our classrooms and meet our team.
3. Complete Enrollment Paperwork
Fill out the enrollment forms and provide the required documents listed above.
4. Confirm Your Start Date
Once everything is approved, we’ll confirm your child’s start date and daily schedule.
Availability changes often—contact us to confirm current openings for your child’s age group.
